Kelly Leap is a Boston area artist whose surrealist works, while creepily cute on the surface, often touch on more sinister subjects. An advocate for erasing the stigma of mental illness and addiction, Kelly has turned to folding her own battles with these demons into darkly whimsical tableaus using acrylic and gouache as her preferred mediums.
