Shipping Information

We can ship worldwide, but please note that international shipments are at your own risk! We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages tampered with and/or damaged by customs. We are also not responsible for any custom fees that you may be charged for on the receiving end.
If you live in the Seattle area and would like to pick up your item, choose "Local Pickup" during checkout.   

We package each item for shipping very carefully and recommend adding insurance to your package for its full value. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss due to postal delivery neglect. Once a package leaves the gallery, we keep an eye on tracking, but it is ultimately out of our hands.

Returns

ALL SALES OF ARTWORK, PRINTS, JEWELRY, TAROT, CANDLES, DECOR, APOTHECARY AND ON-SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ON REGULAR-PRICED JEWELRY ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE (PAPER TICKET OR SQUARE EMAIL/TEXT RECEIPT).
NO CASH BACK REFUNDS CAN BE OFFERED.
