“I am an artist based out of Seattle, WA. The mediums that I work in are print and blown glass. These are both process oriented, which gives me the opportunity to learn something new with every piece I make. While I focus on thematic work when creating two dimensional pieces, my glass tends to be more oriented towards function. I believe creating beautiful and useful pieces out of glass is essential to practicing my craft and learning more about glass as a material. Recently I have begun to explore sculpting glass in order to create work that more aligns with the ideas I want to express through my artistic practice.”
